1 Our experience of welcoming our customers, will permit us to find you at the airport, where we will be waiting for you after the security control, which is just after the lugguage area. A sign panel with your name on it, as well as flight information will enable you to find us easily.

Customers of DEFIS AGENCY car rental have possibility to have transfer with limo between airport and the head office (15 minutes) for 25 US$ for Juliana airport and 35$  for Grand Case airport including a picture with the limousine (see section limousine servive for details)

2 Once we have arrived at DEFIS AGENCY SARL, we wil serve you a refreshment and we will advise you on the interesting places to see on our island. We will also give you a map.

3 We will then fill in the car rental contact, and we will take time to explain every detail to you. We will show you the car and we will establish its state (bumps, scratches, etc...)
